Gamma Brewing
Come by the Herlev brewery and have a beer in the place where it was brewed.
On Smedeholm 18 in Herlev, just outside Copenhagen, we turned a 1,000 m² warehouse into the brewery we’d always dreamed of. Every Gamma beer is brewed, fermented and canned right here, and this is where you can get closest to it. Our cans go straight from the cold store, over the counter and into your hands.
Pick up your order any weekday
Webshop orders can be collected Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 15:00, and Friday from 12:00 to 21:00. Just choose Pick Up from Herlev Brewery at checkout and your package will be ready when you arrive. While you’re here, you can grab cans to go from the cold store and pick up the latest Gamma merch.
Fridays are for tasting
Every Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, the Tasting Room opens for tastings and door sales. Our newest releases sit alongside flagship favourites and limited one-offs you won’t find anywhere else. We also serve soft drinks and small snacks, and you’re welcome to bring your own food. No booking needed, so just drop by. If you’re a large group and would like a table reserved, email us at info@gammabrewing.com.

Want to go behind the tanks?
Join a guided brewery tour with co-founder Jakob Nørby Houmøller. You’ll hear how five friends from the Copenhagen craft beer scene went from a single fermentation tank in 2015 to a full brewery in Herlev, with samples of five Gamma beers along the way. Book on our Tours & Tastings page.
